If you receive damaged, spoiled, incorrect, or sub-standard fresh produce, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of receiving your order.
Due to the perishable nature of fresh fruits and vegetables, we strongly advise inspecting your delivery immediately upon arrival and reporting any issues promptly.
2. Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following criteria:
The request must be raised within the 7-day timeframe.
Items must be in their original packaging or condition as delivered.
Proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or invoice) must be provided.
Photographic evidence of the damaged or spoiled item should be shared with our support team at the time of reporting.
3. Tax and Pricing Details on Returns
When a return or refund is processed, the refund amount will include the base price of the product along with any applicable taxes that were charged at the time of purchase.
If a partial return is made, the applicable taxes corresponding to the returned items will be proportionately refunded.
Shipping or delivery charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong items delivered).
